Jonah Shacknai is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of DermaForce Partners and co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Illustris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Previously, he founded and was the CEO and Chairman of Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp. He received his bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Shacknai has been recognized for his business acumen with the National Award from the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge (2001), the Top 10 of Arizona All Stars Role Model CEO’s from The Business Journal (2002) and the 25 Most Admired CEO’s from the Phoenix Business Journal (2009).
His philanthropic endeavors include being President of the MaxInMotion Foundation, President of the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids Foundation and a member of the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids Board of Trustees.
